Iva has seventeen years of experience as a litigator delivering results for her clients in and out of court. She represents individuals and small businesses in employment matters. Her passion is holding employers accountable for discrimination. She graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law and is a member of the Florida and New York bars.

Rob is a graduate of The University of Miami School of Law. Prior to law school, he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) with a degree in Business Management and Sociology. Rob enjoys interacting with our amazing clients and helping them navigate the often overwhelming and complex world of employment law.

Annabelle Ferrer
Legal Assistant
Annabelle graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. After college, Annabelle explored diverse practice areas such as insurance, estate planning, probate, real estate, and litigation, all with an eye toward helping individuals obtain results in a complex legal system. As a legal assistant, Annabelle is a resource to our clients and the team, ensuring that the clients have easy access to the firm and up to date information about their case.
