James Odell

James is both an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, currently specializing in employee's rights, commercial litigation, and Section 1983 Civil Rights litigation. He has worked as both a public defender and a private criminal defense lawyer, trying cases ranging from trespassing to premeditated homicide. While a public defender, he transitioned to the appellate division and has handled well over 100 appeals over the course of his career. For the last few years James has focused on helping individuals who have had their rights violated by government officials fight for justice in the federal courts. James is a graduate of the University of Florida and Boston University School of Law. James is a member of the Florida and Wisconsin bars.

Arun Ravindran

Arun is an accomplished trial lawyer, having tried more than twenty federal cases to jury verdict. He is dedicated to getting his clients the best possible results, even under the most challenging circumstances. Arun focuses his practice on commercial litigation, federal criminal defense and class actions. He has been appointed lead class counsel in a number of privacy and consumer rights cases. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Seitz of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, an Assistant Federal Public Defender, and as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Lyda Torres

Lyda is an experienced litigator who has fought for individuals and corporate clients throughout the litigation process, including trial. As an Assistant Public Defender in Miami, Lyda tried dozens of jury trials to verdict and has taken her trial skills into the civil arena to help combat discriminatory and predatory employment practices. Raised in Miami, Lyda graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law and is a member of the Florida bar. Lyda is also fluent in Spanish.

Ajay Ravindran

Ajay has been a litigator for nearly a decade, with substantial trial experience in both civilian and military settings. Most recently, he served as a federal prosecutor in Washington, where he handled complex criminal investigations and trials. Before that, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, trying cases while stationed in Hawaii as defense counsel. Ajay represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, federal criminal matters, and other complex civil cases, such as consumer protection class actions. His practice is shaped by his extensive trial experience and a strategic, trial-ready approach to litigation at every stage, from investigation through trial. Ajay earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Drexel University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Washington.
