Employment Case Options
Our practice is focused on representing employees who have already been terminated and believe their termination was unlawful—for example, because of their race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or another legally protected characteristic, or who were retaliated against for reporting or objecting to illegal practices at the workplace. Because we are able to take only a limited number of matters, we must be selective in the cases we accept. We do not give legal advice to any prospective client through any intake forms. To help us review inquiries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate path, we ask all prospective clients to choose the option that best fits their situation.
Option 1 - Terminated Employees: I was terminated and believe it may have been unlawful.
Choose this option if you:
-
Have been fired (or forced to resign), and
-
Believe the termination may have been based on discrimination, retaliation, or another illegal reason.
These matters are first evaluated through our free termination intake form.

Option 2 - Contract Review or Current Employees: I need legal advice or review of employment documents, like a separation agreement, a non-compete agreement, or a severance agreement, or I am a current employee with a workplace issue I would like to discuss with an attorney.
Choose this option if you:
-
Are still working for your employer, or
-
Want advice about a workplace issue, or
-
Need an employment agreement, severance agreement, non-compete, or other document reviewed.
These matters are handled through a paid consultation.

Terminated Employees
If you have been fired or laid off and want to know whether we can represent you in a potential claim against your former employer, please complete our intake form.

If you submit an intake form, we will carefully review your information and contact you if we are able to take your matter. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot provide legal advice unless and until a formal engagement is established.

Contract Review or Current Employees
If you are still employed and would like legal advice about an ongoing work situation, or you have documents you would like reviewed—such as an employment contract, non-compete agreement, severance package, or other separation documents, you should select the paid consultation option. The charge is $500 for a one hour consuttation.
If you request a paid consultation, we strive to respond and schedule it within two business days. Submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot provide legal advice unless and until a formal engagement is established.
